Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method selected, and order size.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Domestic Orders: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

Customers can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of their shipment.

International Shipping

SFuller Studio ships to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing an order.

SFuller Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment requests.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
